What is the Booking Process for Tofinity Décor?Inquiry: The first step is to check your event date availability and if Tofinity Décor is the right fit for you. Please complete the INQUIRY form to get the process started. After you submit your inquiry, you will receive an email with a more detailed questionnaire. Upon submission and review of your event questionnaire, we will then proceed with the initial consultation. Proposal: Once we are able to gather enough information about your event and your vision for the decor, we will send you the proposal. Your proposal will include the agreed services, the quote and a contract. Once you review the proposal by signing the contract, a non-refundable 15% retainer is required to complete the reservation for your event date. Design: So you're officially booked with Tofinity Décor! Now What? The next phase span from design consultation to implementation. Don't worry, we will keep in touch with you throughout the process to make sure the ongoing design and planning meets your expectations. So, sit back, relax, we've got it from here!

Do you Offer any Decoration Packages?No, we believe every client and event is unique, and therefore we do not offer package services. Every service we render is bespoke and tailored to the client’s needs and specifications. We will work hard to make sure the decor meets your vision of elegance and beauty.

Do you Offer Centerpieces or Stage Décor Alone?Yes, we do offer partial service event decorations. However, please note: delivery, set up and break down fees will still apply. If this is what you choose, Tofinity Décor will only be setting up the agreed items, and will not be responsible for any other aspect of your overall event decor.

How Long Does it Take To Get An Answer After An Inquiry?You will typically receive an email with a detailed questionnaire for your specific event within the hour of your inquiry. For consultations, typically within 48 hours. If you are contacting us on Thursday-Sunday, please understand that we are usually busy with events during those days, so please expect a reply the following Monday or Tuesday.

Do You Require a Deposit?Yes, a 15% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and time.

Do You Have a Minimum Cost for Events?Not at this time. We believe each client and event is unique and therefore will work with you as best possible to achieve the goal.

How Much Time is Required for Setup and Takedown?We typically require 4-6 hours of setup and 1-2 hours of takedown depending on the extent of detail involved. For weddings, a minimum of 6 hours is typically required for setup and 2 hours for takedown. Please ensure your venue is able to meet these expectations. For rush setup or takedown, a rush fee will be included in your quote. Typically, the amount of time needed will vary, but ultimately depends on the services being rendered.

Do You Offer Decor Rentals?Not at this time, but it's coming soon!

I Have my own Equipment. Can you just come and Set it up for me?No, unfortunately due to liability reasons, Tofinity Décor only decorates with TD inventory and equipment. For third party vendors, a separate contract would be required for those items that are rented and will be staged by the involved vendors.

Do you Provide Any Event Planning Services?No, we are strictly an event design & decoration company. We can recommend an event planner from our preferred vendor list and we are able to coordinate with your other vendors, including your event planner, to ensure your vision comes to reality.

How Far in Advance Do I Need to Book?We try to be as detailed as possible, which requires time. We recommend that you book with us as soon as possible.

Are You Available to Travel?Yes! We are currently based in Indianapolis, IN, but we provide services to all of Indiana, and surrounding locations. For locations outside of Indiana that require extended travel time, we require that you book us at least 6 months in advance. Travel fees will apply.
