The TD process begins with confirming event date availability and alignment. Please complete our Inquiry Form to get started. Once your inquiry is reviewed and availability is confirmed, you’ll receive an event questionnaire followed by an invitation to schedule a discovery call. This allows us to understand your vision and determine the best approach for your event.

DESIGN PROPOSAL
After gathering key details, we present a tailored design proposal outlining the experience we recommend. This includes a curated visual direction, investment details, and contract. Upon approval and contract signing, a non-refundable 40% retainer secures your date and officially confirms your booking.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
& EXECUTION
Once booked, we move into design development and execution. From refining details to event-day delivery, we manage the process with care and precision, keeping you informed while ensuring everything unfolds seamlessly. You can relax knowing every element is thoughtfully handled.
