INQUIRY & DISCOVERY
The TD process begins with assessment of scope and availability. Once your inquiry is reviewed, and alignment and availability are confirmed, you will receive a follow-up email with an event-specific questionnaire and an invitation to schedule a discovery call. This allows us to understand your vision and determine the best approach for your event design.

DESIGN PROPOSAL
After gathering key details, we will present a tailored design proposal that will include a curated visual direction, investment details, and contract. Once the proposal is approved, and contract is signed, a non-refundable 40% retainer secures your event date and officially confirms your booking.

DESIGN & EXECUTION
Once booked, we move into design development and execution. From refining details to event-day delivery, we manage the process with care and precision, keeping you informed while ensuring everything unfolds seamlessly. You can relax knowing every element is thoughtfully handled.
